Very poor service. Mohd.Younus, who received us at Mecca, was unreceptive and treated us like illiterate, though I am a retired Govt. Officer. The breakfast/food served was very routine viz., milk, bread, jam, cornflakes and roti, which are packed items. We could eat sufficiently only on two Fridays and on rest days we got tasteless items. When questioned, he replied in a rude way. He made us to vacate rooms by 2 pm on the departure day, though the flight at Madina was at 3.30 am on the next day. When questioned, he replied that we have to travel six hours to reach Airport, though it is a three hours journey. He made us all to travel more than six hours in bus, which drove us at a speed of 60-70 KMs/hour, though it was an Expressway, so as just to adjust checkout timings.

Likely to take more tours with hin in future
