Owners are very nice persons , they don't give any body and every body. They check and give genuine persons . I can recommend this stay who ever looking near airport.

First of all, let me thank you for providing us a pleasant stay and facilities for 3 days. It was good and affordable.
This place is a bit far away from the city and located near ORR road. The apartment is inside a campus where there are plenty of other buildings and is secured. We took a 4BHK apartment for 3 nights during our family trip to Hyderabad. As we hired a car for the entire trip, traveling to and fro from this place was easy for us, otherwise it would be difficult. Regarding the food , swiggy and Zomato are available and also there are good restaurants within 2km distance. One more thing is, all the essential items( water, cold drinks, ) are available on the ground floor and we can buy them. If you want to do basic cooking, all required vessels are available in the kitchen and you can easily prepare food.
The caretaker was very helpful and kind. We overall had a pleasant stay for a decent price and highly recommended.

Little outskirts for Hyderabad. Only feasible for Aiport. The rooms need maintenance but you can always reach out owner at top floor
