If you are looking for a place for counselling this is the place to go. They have a wide range of counsellors with different specialties to take care of all our needs. They also conduct workshops every week on various topics. Rajeshwari was the counsellor whom I was consulting and she had a very detailed approach and understood what I was looking for, finding the root cause and then coming up with a solution is the approach that she adopts rather than going with the template solution. Great work being done here.

The best place in the city (in my personal experience) for trauma-informed therapy. Both my ex-therapist Dr Tina Fernandes and now-Ayushi Shah are top-notch. I have been to many psychiatrists and psychologists and the way most of them approach mental health is absolutely superfluous. On the other hand, therapy here is a different story. u003c3 A class. I owe so so much to Tina ma'am and Ayushi. May you continue the good work. Amen.

I reached out to Aarathi at Pause after seeking help from a couple of other therapists without much success. It has been a marvelous experience both in terms of counselling sessions with Aarathi and being a part of some wonderful and engaging events by Pause where one gets to share, interact and reflect with other participants in a safe space.

Listening to all that you share most patiently, with the gentle probing questions and the few points Aarathi highlights and shares helps understand situations more clearly and deal with them better.. and enable accessing those moments of calmness, peace and hope. Some conversations also assist in starting a journey towards what you love and where your heart is and what brings you happiness, peace and joy. Overall extremely professional and supportive.
