Lack of ventilation in ground floor. I attended several functions there, every time I found heat & humidity inside the function hall.
Hence there is an absolute need of exhaust fans fixed in windows to cool down the temperature and humidity. Or else install Air conditioners for public satisfaction.
Toilets/Washrooms are located too far in ground area. In rainy season, it is very difficult to reach there because of muddy condition.
I will give more stars if above faults are rectified.

Pretty old hall if you want a really low cost function hall you can check it.
