Worst travel Experience.. ! NEVER BOOK THIS BUS..
Operator cancelled the bus without any prior notification and We were asked to board a different bus and got dropped in a different location @12AM. We were asked to shift buses in the middle of night which travels to our actual booked Destination.. We booked 5 tickets.. There were only 4 seats in the NEW bus.. !! Please don't take this bus. Worst management

Very worst bus service. I booked the ticket from vellore to coimbatore on 9th August 2015 at 11.00pm and i try to inform to the office that i pick the bus from pallikonda tollgate, but no response on the phone and finally one person pick the call and informed him the details of my departure, He said "okay no probelm you pick the bus at pallikonda tollgate and I inform to the driver". But the driver did not stop the bus and tried so many times to stop the bus. After the driver stop the bus for break, Then i ran around 250meters to catch the bus and i asked the driver "why should you not stop the bus for me and informed already to your office that i pick the bus from tollgate". After he said "I didnt get any information" then i get into the bus and i took my seat. It was irritating travel for me, because when i book the ticket via online It shows only 2 seats available at the last row, but when i get into the bus there was 8 seats were empty... Not a good service... Dont travel in this transport...

Worst service provided by Renugambal Travels.
I booked this bus for Trichy -u003e Tirupathi -u003e Trichy.

1. The condition of bus was really worst, i was wondering how come a volvo multi axle bus can be in this state. Suspension was bad, seat's push back was not working, etc.
2. While coming back from Tirpuathi - u003e Trichy, they provided us normal A/C bus (although we paid for Volvo) and they stopped at vellore. When we questioned about for not providing Volvo bus,
they informed us, if we want to reach early then proceed in normal A/C bus, else wait for a Volvo bus. We waited at vellore for almost 3 hours for Volvo bus.
3. When i raised this to Goibibo, they lied to Goibibo stating that "bus was breakdown". But actually that was not the case, just they were money minded and their attitude was "HELL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE".
4. The seats which were booked by me was given to someone else.
5. They never showed respect to the passengers (not only me, to the fellow passengers).

My suggestion is never take Renugambal Travels service. SUCH A PATHETIC SERIVE. And i'll never ever use this travels in my life again.
