You will love the atmosphere of the gym .. almost all equipment available which is required for body maintenance.... very nice people here ..

U won't have a trainer but everyone in the gym is friendly and they are more than willing to guide u in being fit.

Well Equipped gym,friendly people no trainer. Also the dumbbells are metals not rubber
