They denied room after my ill mother reaching there.
I tried to contact manager Soumen, he didn't address me and disconnect the call while speaking. I also contacted owner, his behaviour was worst.
I booked the room two weeks early and informed them yesterday after boarding in train. Finally when my mother reached there, they said no room available and we are not liable as we didn't take advance.
Worst is that, they asked rent from the day I call them if I want room.
I wish I could report to local police for creating this helpless situation for my mother. I wish nobody do this with their mother.

Better than other lodges n their stuffy rooms in saidapet. Good behavior of staff(s). Affordable non a.c rooms n safe. better view, better facility n cleanliness. But cons: its not on the main road. Its in a narrow bylane so that boarders (mainly patients) have to walk upto the pitch road, then get transport. Through the distance from CMC is walkable. Pros: vegetable market, grocery, fast food stalls, cyber caffe n medicine shops are nearby. Fresh fish n meat are also available in local market for non vegetarians.
