Date 13/12/22 evening booked my unicorn bike parcel service from Chennai (manadi branch)to Tirunelveli. Manadi branch person told 15/12/22 morning you will take delivery of your parcel ... But still now not received.. and tracking shows parcel ready to transist...

It's not good parcel service...when someone sending parcel other place and that parcel reached your place but you won't get any messages or calls from the parcel service ...if you call and ask also response is not good and moreover in the bill you will see 120/- means when you are going to receive your parcel from the place he will ask 140/- from you ...if you question him he will saying that it's handing over charges but if you ask a bill means they won't give for it ...moreover in the official website their will be a complaint number which is completely useless I've tried more than 10 times still now I didn't get any response from it...so try to avoid this courier service ...
