The house itself in nice. But OMG the landlord is such a bad person. He will not return your deposit. + He will ask for extra money for no reason. He will behave very nicely....after u leave or about to leave and ask for deposit...then u will know his true colours....i had to return Hathway router ...after I shifted, he didn't allow the technician also.....told, theses guys who lived here didn't pay rent and left...which is 100% false...before moving out, I paid everything + extra .... You'll find better houses.... don't go for Prabhu.... DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PERSON WHO MAKES STUDENTS SUFFER.

The worst landlord in the world. Can't keep track of money with ZERO cooperation. No matter how well you treat him he will treat you horribly and will contact your parents for no reason. And he doesn't allow girls in his apartments. And while giving the deposit back he will never give it back and unnecessarily finds ways to cut the deposit amount. So I suggest you to vacate or not even visit this place.

It doesn't have the cheapest rooms but the stay is worth it and it has a water purifier installed
