Very Worst Service. Last one week I called a technician still they didn't reach my home. He always refusing the customer call. They changed the tube gave me a warranty 6 months inbetween two time it conged off. Pathetic Customer Service. They are played with customer feelings. Very Worst.... Mr. Prakash is the technician...

I have brought Onida air cooler. It stopped working within month and try to contact Onida customer care many times but no action taken.
No response. There is no support from Onida customer care.

I bought onida 6.5kg washing machine by February,third month spin motor gone took one week for repair, now wash motor took fifteen days not yet ready
