Myself Chandrashekhar Velayudham from Bangalore. Naveen ji is a Kutti Nataraj Sir in terms of character, humanitarian approach and communication. I have done purchase of a chain in 2022. It was nice experience. Just for a change, this time to make purchase, I have approached Naveenji to see his business and relationship approach. Astonishingly, I have not seen any change between both of them in the aspects mentioned above. He has not made me a feeling of customer. It was more of a casual selection of format and its finalization. He used to respond to whatsapp or phone communications irrespective of small or big order. I have come and cross many times but Feel like as stranger, bcz a jewel shop is near to Taluk office, it locates alonely, in vellore we have familiar jewels shop in Main Bazaar & Gandhi Road, so they have to improve marketing also need to change other familiar place then only your business will grows fastly, you can travel by bike , auto, car, no parking facility.
