Worst experience at Mi Service. Got a employee to service MI tv 55 inch, who just visits and got 300rs as service charge. Just informs that tv display is fault and it costs 80% cost of tv. Adviced that LED TV is just for show piece. Maximum it lasts for 4 yrs. Get a new tv instead. For this advice he got 300 as visitor charge. Not really satisfied with the tv rather than the advice.

There no that's why rating is 1. Worst experience in my life with mi service center. There was a charging port issue with my phone. For that they kept the phone for one week. After one week also the problem was not solved rather they returned my phone in horrible condition. Very rude and unprofessional behavior of the stuff. They are concerned about native customer but their behavior changed for VIT students or faculty. They don't value our time. Kept me waiting for one week for no reason and after that 3 hours while collection that too for no reason. Utterly ridiculous
P. S. The phone was serviced within one hour with a low cost in local shop.
