Took 2 beef biriyani
The pic shows how much jow and cartilage is there in 1 full biriyani
Uncooked meat
Filled with the throw away portions of the butcher
Substandard
The cookhouse and dining area is pathetic and most unhygienic
Golden beef biriyani standards have sadly dropped. Story of most muslim biriyani start ups !!
The biriyani taste still is reasonable however the beef was uncooked...nearly all the pieces
I also had beef deep fry/beef kabab ...same story meat is uncooked.
Sad their standards have dropped
Is it my observation or the norm ,why do muslim eating joints take shortcuts on the quality of food viz a viz quantity
its a shanty so u cannot sit there with ur family so its better u take it away packed.
they serve it as Rs 50 /100/150 plates.
the shops nondescript and like many of our biriyani joints a bit of a mess

Biriyani taste is average... Quantity also average.. sometime if the biriyani rice is over.. they mix tomato rice with pieces.. biriyani rice consistency is wet.. it should be little bit dry..
