Rooms are small but enough for a single nights stay. However, room does contain insects (ants especially). Haven’t seen any bedbugs so far but the bedsheets and beds are questionable. Perhaps you might. This isn’t the kind of luxury stay to expect from a room. It is cheap and for backpacking at best if you’re really low on budget. I just needed a basic place for a night since I was travelling through and this worked for me.
I had the non-ac deluxe for 700 INR for about 6h of sleep.

The staff are pretty nice and understanding if you want to check out an hour later than 12.

Another questionable aspect is that there are windows right next to the door. The locks on the windows aren’t perfect, meaning there’s a chance of someone sneaking into your room if they stay open (hand can be slid into the window to open the door). So be careful.

Other than that, the stay was pretty pleasant

Don't even consider going there. Room was not even close as in the photos. The door of the bathroom can't be locked. AC was not functioning properly. Definitely would recommend you going elsewhere.
