They delivered me a waste product for 8000 rupees. The owner is just arrogant and not respecting anyone. He is fully money minded . He is not at all responding to customer queries or anything.
Use less shop.
I dont recommend this shop if you expect even 1 percent of customer satisfaction. Owner of the shop will talk so sweet untill yu select and bill the product. I ordered a product,and due to some personal reasons I couldn't collect it on time. But I informed this in phone. without my knowledge, he took that and used it for his own purpose (to gift someone). He is giving me an replacement . That is totally unfair.
And when I told this to him, he doesn't even apologize his mistake. Just directly blaming the staffs .
My main concern is that he is not even accepting customer feedback/complaints. He just puts everything on us .
They have good collection . Shop here and please don't expect any responsibility from the shop /owner. Thanks.

We have come to Diya 3 times & have received a satisfying product each time. The most surprising service was when they stitched a perfect-fit blouse for same day service when we needed a last-minute saree for an event which was a life-saver!

The collection for women & kids is good, with some different variety and mother-daughter combos which is good for event wear. The collection for mens is very limited though & is nowhere close to other brands, so only recommend for women.
