Worst customer service by executives and watch mechanic. They combinely doing scam by asking charges 100rs for even helping with adjustin tachymeter hand which can be done with few press of buttons. Better buy from somewhere else where you get good customer service.

Wonderful Customer Service. Recently got a G-shock watch. Was fully satisfied. The people in store are very knowledgeable and friendly and helped in smooth purchase. Will recommend it for all watch lovers????.

Today I have visited this Casio showroom in Vellore to buy G-shock watch with my sister. I asked the sales person to show me the range of watch in10000. So they showing some collection under 8000 to 10000 and I asked with him pls explain about the features about watch because I don't have an idea about that, however for that what he said means once you buy that then after i will explain. There I got shocked, why this guy saying like this.. because I have to plan to buy the watch today itself there & i got very disappointed with that old guy and very horrible experience i had met. So I changed my plan will can visit any other showroom or online to buy the watch... Casio is not selling only G shock instead of that they hire these kind of rude person for their showroom & made very shock....
