Gave my tab and phone for repair here. Horrible service and behaviour. Even after the repair the problem wasn't solved but still he charged money for his useless service.He charges a lot of money for very small repair and threatens to break the device given for repair. He issues no bills or any way of assurance for the safety of the device. If you give your device here and he brakes it then you can't do nothing about it. He is very arrogant and cheats the customers by telling a amount at a start and charging a lot of amount after the repair. I went to another shop since he didn't repair my device properly. Worst service. Doesn't respond properly and behaves very arrogant.

Poor service, no discount, and rude customers

From beginning to end, the experience was a complete disaster.

The personnel was first impolite and unpleasant. As I entered, they didn't say hello to me and were disturbed by it. Moreover, they gave no precise details on the procedure or timetable for my repair.

Second, the actual repair was done incorrectly. The new screen wasn't correctly oriented, which caused the display to be distorted. The home button was also extremely loose and not working properly.

Ultimately, when I returned to complain, the personnel was once more incompetent and disrespectful, refusing to make things right without more compensation.

I was quite dissatisfied with the level of service I got from this.

Worst Service, No discount, Bad customer behavior

The experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish.

Firstly, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They didn't greet me when I walked in and seemed bothered by my presence. They also didn't provide any clear explanation of the process or timeline for my repair.

Secondly, the repair itself was poorly done. The screen replacement wasn't aligned properly, resulting in a distorted display. Additionally, the home button was not functioning correctly and was very loose.

Finally, when I went back to complain about the issues, the staff was again unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to fix the problems they had caused without extra payment.

I was truly disappointed with the quality of service that I received from this repair service. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills were incredibly frustrating, and I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

The fact that they did such a poor job on my phone and then refused to fix it without extra payment was unacceptable. As a result, I ended up having to take my phone to another repair service and pay even more money to have the issues resolved properly.

The negative experience I had with this phone repair service has left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment. As a customer, I expected to receive a certain level of quality and care, but unfortunately, this provider fell short in every aspect.

In addition to the issues with the repair and customer service, I also found their pricing to be unreasonably high compared to other repair services in the area. Despite the high cost, the quality of work was far below what I expected.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using this phone repair service. The combination of poor quality work, unprofessional staff, and high pricing is a recipe for disaster, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same frustrating experience that I did. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different provider that can offer the level of service and quality that you deserve.
