Very worst quality item

I have purchased 1 frame along with lens and 1 frame (for old lens). Both frames have 5 warranty. The frame coating not removed from frame which I purchased for old lens with a month. I sales person denied to replace the frame and suggested to buy new frame with additional cost. The another one which purchase frame along with lens is broken now. The shop is selling low quality product to customers.

hi i had visited a month back very well maintained and sevice was good and also suggested best lenses. Thank you for your support. and i would recommend others to give a try once atleast.
