If you care for QUALITY even for a little bit, avoid this place..

I bought 4+ gold armaments in last 1.5 year in this shop. Recently there was a manufacturing quality issue (binding came loose) with the sted. When visited they charged Rs.400 without any bill and insisted to pay by cash for the repair (avoiding any records).
When asked for the free support on manufacturing defects (less than 4 months from date of purchase) they refused. Bill and even any kind of online transaction of the payment, they refused.

Later, I found that 3 of the 4 armaments we bought had quality issues and my parents paying them to fix in the past.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: ( i will give minus rating if possible)
I asked for customer complaint number or requested to speak to manager about the issue. But one guy from sales team standing in the same place came to us and played manager role (seriously doubt he is not manager). All they cared about there was, how to receive cash and get us out of there.
Website doesn't have any support numbers.Even more.. you can see all the negative review in Google and there is no reply form their side ( replied only for the positive reviews, most probably paid someone to post good reviews).
Never ever buy here or refer this place to anyone..

They bid lowest ever rate for your old gold and charge you minimum 4% Extra on wastage comparing to other stores such as KRBS, Malabar. As a regular customer, I got a quotation for 24 gram chain in exchange with my old gold. Thier prices are atleast Rs 15k higher than other stores for 24 gram chain. Please visit other stores before finalizing any order with them.

Good collections
Good customer service, Staffs will patiently attend your queries
Good parking place
Good Ambience
Average crowded place
Individual building with 2 floors
Prices are decent.
You can get Gold & Silver Jewellery in the ground floor.
People are being Sanitized at the entrance.

Location: on the way from Universal theatre to Srisakthi Theatre near Noyyal River.
