The entrance to Tirunelveli town, the famous Swami Nellaiappar Temple and located at the junction. The temple car parking is on the right side next to the arch.
On account of city beautification, the arch is illuminated by colorful lights changing colours every few seconds.

Creats heavy traffic jam !! Needs to be shifted or Pillers are to be widened to let 2 trucks easily cross over through the arch !!
