Food was excellent but the ambience need lots of maintenance. Its too old and gloomy for an otherwise good restaurant.

Hotel management must improve the restaurant ambience. Cost is on par with 3 star hotels so the same must reflect in ambience as well.

Waiters are least bothered about the customers. They stand like aliens. You have to request them for water. Then when there are 4 people, they bring 2 glasses. That too uncleaned.

Very unprofessional attitude of the waiters and so called supervisor. Taste of food items is good, that's why this hotel is running. Otherwise, i would rate it - 10 if it is possible. Hope to receive a reply from them (if at all they read these reviews)

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Tirunelveli. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and this hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.
They have provided complimentary buffet breakfast costs around 200/- per head.
Travels facility also available for those want to visit nearby places.
