As far as my concern Doctor as well as all the working staffs are very much kind and take care about the patient. First they have explained about the illnesses of the patient and steps will be taken to get remedy.

Financially they are also explaining about the treatment cost and supporting whatever the needs can be done for the same.

Finally there is no proper canteen for the inpatient to give specified nutrition food to them. Every time we need to go outside & depends on either relatives or outside hotels.

Hence I request the Hospital Management to provide Canteen faculties at least for patient.

Dr.Ponraj is an excellent and kind doctor. Even though my father, being 83 years old, wasn't ready for the operation mentally, but then Dr.Ponraj counselled and took care nicely and performed the operation in a smooth way without any fear. The medical treatment was good.
All the doctors, nurses and helping staff were very cooperative.
In Tirunelveli 3 tier city this hospital is excellent and it's matching with the treatment of big hospitals like Apollo hospital. The hospital is neat and clean.The ambience of the hospital is good.

Worst ever hospital & doctor. My grandpa admitted for stone issue & he had heart bypass surgery before. Eventhough his age is morethan 75,they suggested to go for surgery..And they did surgery without proper specialist doctor.. Finally we lost our grandpa.. *Completely money minded*.. They didnt explain what happened inside operation theatre.. They instructed not to take heart issue tablet for the surgery but carelessly postponed the stone surgery to next day morning due to doctor unavailability..Morethan 24hrs they didnt allow him to take food & heart tablets..Finally pulse gone low... Who is the responsible for this ??? Simply they took sign from us & they shown to us that we were agreed all????u200d♂️
