Some say God is impartial; but I feel He is biased! Yes He selected all the best peoples in this world and posted them in the Dialysis wing of your hospital.
Not an exaggeration. The humane qualities of compassion and empathy are packed in this room.
The administrator should feel proud.

My mom was admitted to this hospital for nine days. She walked very normally while entering the hospital. The hospital has a lot of modern facilities. But many doctors have very little experience. To identify the issue,they took 5 days. At the same time, if they give all the tests, they will get to know issues at an earlier stage.
Zero encouragement for patient especially she was in ICU for 9 days. How much she was stressed in mentally. At least they have to listen to the patient's attendant because we only know about her mental condition. We are ready to spend money and ask for some psychiatrists to motivate her. Because she was nine days in the ICU. For that also they didn't allow. At least a responsible doctor has to motivate her, which they also didn't do. Especially Dr. Benita (pulmonologist). She is saying nurse to encourage, nurse and doctor are equal? In front of my mom, they said she was in critical condition. How much she felt down. She held my hand and asked, "Will I die?"

At last, she is no more. Before she died, she was almost recovered, so we asked for some changes in the place or room to increase mental stability. How much we beg, we only know.
