I am a doctor and have the longest connection with the pharmacy for my family. Always relied on their service and each time wasn’t disappointed anytime. Very good chain

But right at this moment I had given a call to t he pharmacy regarding some app issues and the guy who attended the call responded so irresponsibly and ill(call was made thrice on 11/6/2022 at 7:05pm and 7:46pm).. it urged to write away this.. so bad of an experience it is.. no control on words and not at all pleasing customer service.. Kindly check on that representative guy on call and please do the right action.. hope the medical chain reputation isn’t lowered..

My husband was travelling in train, where he forgot to carry his medicines, which he was supposed to take in the night without fail. Then after searching in google, i contacted Joyra medicals, Tirunelveli, they immediately responded and delivered the medicines to the train coach in 2nd platform at Tirunelveli railway station. Excellent service provided in the time of utmost need.. Truely appreciate it.. Kudos to the entire team.. keep doing the good work..
