Excellent coaching at a good location. I came here to solve my sleeping disorder. I was using sleeping tablet for a short period. After stopping it I was not able to sleep for any days. After joined Imayam yoga class within a week I could able to sleep without sleeping tablet. The yoga teacher understands your problem correctly and gives directions accordingly.

I had severe back pain 10 years back. I went to Imayam yoga coaching center for curing the same. Special care taken by Maharajan Master to teach yoga for me. I am following the yoga taught by Master regularly and helpful in building my fitness routine. Now I am able to do 50ksteps in a week without any back pain easily. I would definitely recommend Imayam Yoga center to everyone to lead a healthy lifestyle.

I have been learning Yoga from Imayam Yoga for the past year, 3 times a week through online sessions. I also had a week’s training at the centre. Incredibly beneficial for your health and mental well being. I would strongly recommend them.
