It is good old property and is being nicely updated. The deluxe rooms are good. Service excellent. Ample parking.
On my previous visits the the vegetarian restaurant and the non veg restaurants were maintained seperately. This time noticed that the dining space has been combined. The guest relations, however, assured that the kitchen is separate. Making a special mention about it for those who may be particular on this.

Room service poor. Room floors need better dusting. Room Floors are to be cleaned and mopped properly. Room booking through only phone possible and we have to call several times to get confirmation message. Needs proactive booking. They don't arrange car booking. We have to go to Trinelveli and try out ourselves. Overall very average hotel. Okay for short stay. Restaurant food okay.

We had face a lot of booking problems , only want payment in Advance but no service Offered, Room Tariffs are very costly and high and service offered is very pathetic and bad. would never ever refer any one to this hotel its not at all a 3 star Hotel , hotel requires Renovation and carpentary work and A.C. to be changed.Very very BAD
