The physician is very kind and talented to diagnose the patients problems. The hospital is very spacious and located in the Rahmed Nagar of Palayamkottai . This hospital has many facilities including X-ray and scanning. Also it has pharmacy attached. Waiting time at this hospital is reasonable and can book the appointment earlier through phone to confirm your doctor visit.

This whole hospital is run by so called Dr. Manikandan and his family and this whole hospital is dependent on him . They don't have any other doctor other than him . Dr. Manikandan is a government hospital's doctor .
Well, can say that this hospital is the best example on how to be money minded and not pay their staffs well. They said one amount but after that they made us pay it double then what they initially said.
I admitted my mother for facture, one year ago and I cannot forget how cunning they are .
She was admitted for 5 days and the cleaning staff came only once and when we asked her she told us that she was not being paid and they did not provide her any necessary items for her hygiene like masks or proper cleaning equipments . They did not have toilet cleaner so we had to buy her one.
Once a staff injected my mother a medicine but she since was allergic to it and she had itching and swelling, when we asked the staff about it , she reacted really irresponsible which was super irritating .
But only some staffs are like this, other staffs are okay .

They don't know what hospitality is and they do not even deserve 1 star .
Government hospital would have been way better than this ‘hospital’

This might probably be the worst Ortho Hospital in Tirunelveli! The hospital management doesn't care about sending in the patients based on the token number! They just write down the details of the patient and tell us a token number. After that they get our file and beg for 250 rupees as doctor fees and ask us to wait! Meanwhile, the people who come after us goes inside and the one who booked the appointment before 1 day goes last to visit the doctor! I asked the name of the receptionist so that I can complaint her behaviour to the doctor Mr. Manikandan or the management, then a guy came to me stating that he is from the management with an 'I don't care attitude' and told me the receptionist name and asked me to go and complaint to whom so ever I may concern. Such is the patheric service provided by the management! Today, the doctor might be a famous guy here! But there's an old saying that goes like "Every dog has his day"! So, it wouldn't be soon that this hospital would go down in the ruins because of this kind of behaviour towards common people! And one more important thing to be noted: Forget the doctor fees if you have paid it beforehand to the receptionist! If the doctor is unable to meet you on that day or you have to leave because it gets too late then you can forget about the money! No rescheduling of the appointment or no refund! Well played!
