Ordered 2 eye drops&i was informed at 2 O'clock they will deliver the same.But at about 3O'clock after my enquiry i was told one of the eye drops is not available. And i didn't get the medicine till 10 O'clock.

Beware of using cash transaction at KTC Nagar branch. You might end up in getting only part of balance back if you're not careful. I faced the problem today (19th Jan) when I realised that it was not settled fully after checking my wallet, I approached the same sales person within 10 minutes but he refused to pay back the balance Rs 350 and replied that their account is tallied and no difference found at their side. I have asked them to review on cam. But they said there are lot of procedures to do that so.. It is partially my mistake too not checking the balance at that moment, so can't do much .. My suggestion is to go with the card transaction or check the balance thoroughly before leaving the store..

Very worst service for Apollo pharmacy. Even human Mixtand (Injection) "not in stock". KTC NAGAR is one of the improvement part of the city in Tirunelveli. All kind of people is living in surrounding. Apollo service is very worst. Do plz give available stock of all medicine.
