Very worst seats and worst ambitions. AC is not working properly. Seats are very hard, lights and charging ports are not working. Conductor not able to answer properly. Overall,very worst performance of maintenance and waste of money...

There is no option to give less than one star. Very Very worst bus service. I booked an AC sleeper bus in RKT travels from trichy to bangalore in a very hot sunny day today. But to my disappointment the AC in the bus is not at all working. We passengers are literally getting burnt inside the bus. When we complain the driver about this they said they fixed the issue in the break but didn't. I'm currently inside the bus and burning like anything. I will not encourage this bus service to anyone. Please don't book

TLDR: Horrible experience, terrible manager

First of all they need to work on their conduct, they don’t have the basic decency how to talk to people. Extremely rude people. They ask women to load the luggage in the bus bootspace on the pretext-“ Your luggage you load”.
What kind of dumb statement to make.
They don’t even know the basics of customer service.

If you’re looking for quality experience please consider other options.

Following are bus parameters I would rate:
1. Bus condition : 6/10
2. AC: 4/10
3. Comfort: 5/10
4. Staff behavior: 1/10
5. Overall experience: 3.5/10
