Parcel given to wrong person. They didn't even called me and i didn't get the parcel.but they are telling someone signed it and got the parcel. because of this i couldn't sleep for 2 days. they said that the staff who delivered that day left the company.
It will be good if you get back to me with positive response.
but this is how a person can respond who lost money because of your negligence in delivering the parcel and i am not using any non dignified words.Even last week only i received the tracking id for the product which has been delivered on sep 27th itself.
I have ordered so many products through online none of them got lost like this. This is the first time for me as well.I am the one who suffered not others. I am not sure what kind of positive response i will get which can calm my mind. Now the delivered product has been used by someone. also hereafter we will be scared to place online orders. So here i am one who lost the peace of mind.
