Divine. Every month last Sunday from morning Uzhavaarapani takes place here. Spl Poosai for Lord Shiva and Lord Murugha. Lots of Saivam related activities going on recently.

Poojas & Festivals celebrated on :

Thirunindra Semmaiye Semmaiya Konda Naayanmaargalin Gurupoosai days(the days in which the 63 Naayanmaars attained the feet of Lord Shiva)
in evening 6.30pm

Every monday - Somavaara poojai @7pm with singing pathigangal(hymns)

Every Thursday - Alamar Selvar(Dhakshinamoorthy, a yogic form of Lord Shiva ¬ to be confused with Vyalan{jupiter}) poojai @ 7pm

Special poojas on Every Ammavasai(no moon day) for Lord Shiva @ 6pm(prasadham is there :))(morning Annadhanam is there)

Special Poojas on Every Sasti(sixth day from Full/No moon day) for Lord Murugan(Moolavar)at morning 9 am ( 6 times Kanda Shasthi Kavasam odhudhal)

Special Poojas on Every Kiruthigai. Lord Murugan(Moolavar)at evening 6pm

Special Poojas on Every Theipirai Astami(8th day following Full moon day) at 8pm evening.

Full night poojas on 2 Sivanrathiris and during Aruthra dharisanam.

Besides these, all regular poojas like uchi kala poojai daily at mid noon 12pm and yearly festivals like Kumaara Sasthi are celebrated very well.

Saanithiyam of the temple is increasing due to continuous thondu(efforts) and Poosai by Sivanaadiyaargal (Lord Shiva Devotees) and the apparent following of same by people around.

Best ever temple in ammapet where you will find all type of gods and murugan most powerfull god in the temple......For everyone in every age should visit this temple who are in salem........
