Degrading public and asking them to footwear and step into hospital,

Where as all the staff will wear their footwear and use toilet and step into dirty water with their footwear and public should go inside the hospital without foot wear

Disgusting and uncleanliness,

Unhealthy and unclean lifestyle, will spread diseases

Management is completely responsible for the sickness
