FRAUD ALERT!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY PARCEL SERVICE IN MSS.

Booked a parcel service on 27-08-2022. Parcel was worth of 10K. I didn't receive the parcel and I was told parcel was missed. Seems vehicle driver and cleaner have stolen the parcel. While we were asking for the parcel/compensation, person named Arun from Rayapuram, Chennai branch (with whom we booked the parcel) had canceled our booking himself and blocked our phone numbers. We are still struggling to get the compensation and going to lodge police complaint. They are of totally fraud people. PLEASE BEWARE OF MSS PARCEL SERVICE!
