Very poor service. Cannot even give them 1 star.
Gave the test at 8am. Called them and they said will receive the report around 2pm. Waited and called them around 2.30pm someone picked and advised that the report will get generated in 15mts. Called them around 3.30pm and they said in 15mts. It's 4pm now did not receive the report yet. People do not book with them. Find a better pla e. For 3 people We paid 3300rs.

Sample collection and test results were given. Those are ok. But poor response. Even lab technicians are not wearing masks properly. If we ask one information, they are taking too much time and we have to remind multiple times for it. They are not responding properly.
Mobile line is always busy.
Highly disappointed.

First of all special thanks to GeneTeq Lab. The kind of service that they provide to Sr. Citizens its really great. We do periodical routine blood test and their results are very accurate and our family physician is very happy about that. The rates are very nominal and they charge as per government norms.
