2.Newly renovated good ambiance and affordable pricing good gym overall.

Well equipped gym and Excellent Trainers. But Music system is not up to the Gym Ambience.

Update : Music system has been upgraded and it's better now.

Hello everyone, I am Guru Prasath, working as a software developer in an IT company [12-14 hours/ day work]. Due to COVID - 19 and next-to-next lockdown, I could not be physically active and I started to become fat. So I thought of hitting gym to reduce my body weight and gain some stamina & endurance. Alpha Fitness [Fairlands] is one of the decent gym in Salem city. You have good equipments here and the ambience is satisfactory. More than the quality of equipments, trainers and their behaviour are much important to me. In that way, I would like to mention two great trainers: Mani & Karthick. Mani is the person who taught me all the basics from first and motivated me time to time whenever I feel low. He is more likely my elder brother. Karthick is the person who always supports me whenever Mani is on leave or unavailable. They will invest their time for your welfare and behaviour wise we can rate them 10 out of 10. I cannot comment on other trainers since they haven't showed any interest on me. So conclusion is: you can join this gym if you need decent equipments, decent fees [Rs. 1500/ month] and importantly if any one of the above mentioned trainers is ready to train you. I have been coming here for past 2 months and this is my honest review of this gym.
