Had a great weekend with friends. Very picturesque villa right next to the beach. A clean and safe place, with a caretaker that was always around to help us if we required him. Had no issues with electricity. All in all, a great place to chill and stay for a holiday.

Perfect getaway for lazy, laid back holiday.. can't imagine any better place to stay. Feels very colonial.
Rated 5 star before, but reducing 2 stars now for;
1. Area has frequent power cut and facility has inverter but with dead batteries. Can't even support one fan.
2. Poor housekeeping and cleaning service, didn't even collect garbage for 2 days.
Also, after dark,the street becomes dark and deserted. No lights on the road. Locals creat neucense on the street after evening.
Do not rent if you are just 2 or single lady. Book only if in a large group.

Great place to stay. 5 min walk from Serenity Beach. Didn't got chance to meet the Nigel(owner). But care taker was quite helpful.
