I was not going to write Google review but it felt necessary as the host commented false statements on my Airbnb comment just to save his reputation.

The place was dirty ,bathroom was smelly with stains all over the place. For which he commented "violated: smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the house will surely make the entire house smelly". First, host was not at the property so he didn't witness any such thing and second we are non-smokers, so blaming us for smoking inside the house is out of question .Instead of owning up to his mistake of lack of cleanliness, he cannot put blame on the guests and that too without any proof. He did give us refund for lack of cleanliness, but i now doubt the intention of giving the refund. Is it to get a good rating or actual guilt of not cleaning the place

There was no bed breakfast experience as mentioned in the description. For this he commented "We stopped providing breakfast long long time ago. I need to look what misguided you".
The description misguided us, nothing else. If it was stopped long long time back, description should be updated long long time back.

We didn't expect a refund, we expected a clean place. Uploading pictures with fancy lights will attract the customers but this doesn't mean you will not provide them place with basic cleanliness.

1) House was smelling a lot like it was not opened from weeks. Also there were lot of insects inside the house.
2) 2. There is no way you can go to beach directly from this house.. and it is not beach side also. 3. The living area of the house is extremely small, one of the room doesn't even have a door. No means of privacy. Both the rooms are too small enough to fit only three people and we were five.
3) Honestly there is just one room, the second room is smartly created out of the living space.
4) The sheets and mattress had bed bugs,
5) Be very careful before booking this property.

The place was dirty as hell.
1) Bed Bugs will welcome you.
2) The place is not good enough for 3 people, but owner might take booking for more than that.
3) If you are still booking this place, please carry your own blankets, sheets, pillow , i mean everything ( if you can carry).
4) place is in very narrow street, so if you are having a 2 wheeler than good, otherwise you will stuck in the street for long.
5) You can see the beach from the top, but you can't go.
6) AND most important thing please carry some medicines for bed bugs bites.
