AC rooms are opt only for guys. Huts are suitable for families.

I wish I could score this place less then 1 star.
I horrible experience
From checking in till checking out next day it was just torture by the caretaker throughout.
On top of dirty linen and dirty rooms, apparently blankets and towels are luxury according to the caretaker here
When you ask for soap for toilet he will rudely point you towards the shop nearby
Do not even think of staying here with family , this place is drinking spot for localites for drinking in the evening and caretaker is definitely warmer towards them
Water would run out in the middle of night, and he may point you towards the beach to go with your business
And yes there is a gate from this property with direct entry to the beach, do not let that confuse you, this mofo caretaker wil lock this up by 5:00PM
Honestly speaking your stay can determine your experience of any city
My experience of Pondicherry is worthy to forget because of my decision to stay at this place
Travellers my suggestion is to stay away from this place
