It's a very old building in the heart of Ooty... Toys, dress materials, cycles, household items, good items, footwear, gift items, groceries, bedspreads, kids items, branded shoes, branded shirts and pants, table mats, door mats and many items are available... It's a big store, clean and neat... Staff are very courteous... Exclusive Parking not available... But u can park in front... The place is not too crowded... Opens by 10 and closes by 8 pm... Rates are fixed and reasonable..

Chellarams was established long ago. This shop has everything. From clothes, sandals, linens, toys, grocery, cycles etc etc, it has everything in it. A calm place. You can select the items peacefully and bill it accordingly. It's a huge store. It's located on main road. It's in charing cross area, next to adyar ananda bhavan and opposite to kurinji hotel.

The oldest and biggest shop in Ooty and that too on the main road. It's next to A2B and dominos Pizza. All the major shop are in the same line. They sell everything under one roof and the best part they sell the most delicious corn baked snacks by the name Golden Triangle and also very very Tasty Khakhra by the brand name Golden Triangle. Best part is they are not fried thus kids can have as many as they want.
There is a pocket size Khakhra packed in aluminium foil vacuum packed and also bigger size in transparent cover Vaccum packed. Everyone should try it's very very delicious.
