I had bought 2 sarees and a sandalwood from this shop. When I came home I found it totally torn from inside. When called at the shop, they are not picking up the calls or refunding any money. This is a total fraud going on in the name of Silk emporium. They are selling faulty products and not refunding money or giving any proper answers.

I had ordered for 3 nos rose wood XXX size Elephant art pics with advance payment of Rs60K transferred to a/c of Mohammed Zubair ICICI Bank A/C BM Road Kushalnagar--571234.on 17.6.2017. Yet to receive shipment details and consignment number. Not getting satisfactory reply over phone.

I had paid for one Rosewood portrait on 6th June but I have not received the same thru courier to my residence till date moreover the people in shop are not able to provide the courier details not they are receiving any calls. Pathetic service. Guy name Arman Khan dealt with me and said I will get a free delivery of the portrait to my residence within 7 working days but I have not received the same yet.
