Had a good night and a peaceful stay at a reasonable price. Didn't have time to explore all the services provided here. The lavatory is well maintained and stocked with clean supplies everyday. It's a good choice to consider in your travels.

Unhygienic and delayed food service. Taste of food was also below average. After taking order staff disappeared so you cant even ask for anything else. Worst restaurant service I have ever seen.
If you call reception for a service, they say they will be delivering it in 2-3 mins and then they forget. They listened when i went and talked at reception in person though.
If you book for 3 people even then they give very small room such that it could hardly accommodate an extra person and provide just mattress, no cot.

Highly disappointed with this hotel, its not worth money at all.

Hotel is clean and nice but rooms are too small. The view from the hotel is very good. The waiting time for food is too much after placing order. We just received chapatis in the first round. We waited and waited for second round of chapatis and the kitchen was closed. Eventually, the veggies got wasted as they could not provide chapatis. Extremely difficult to get good chapati's in South India. Buffet Break Fast was included in our package. However, many food items were exhausted and had to follow up for tea, coffee, milk, sugar, etc.
