We visited to buy gifts for my nieces, and we were able to complete all our purchases in one place. They have a good collection of designs and Ms. Priyadharshini was very helpful and patient in showing us options and completing the entire process. Ms. Chitra helped to make our billing process simple and met our multiple requests and customisations possible. Great ambience and wonderful experience overall.

I went to dispose some old jewellery made with and without stones.

Salesman Prasath was very welcoming, he explained various options in converting old jewellery to gold coins.
He was very transparent in his dealings with no surprises or hidden cost at the end. Manager Sheela madam was also very friendly.

On whole customer service was excellent! Definitely I will visit again to this store.
