Dirty beds, sheets and curtains. Room is infested with cockroaches and the ac leaks big time. We had to change 2 rooms due to foul smell and a leaking ac.
Furthermore, hot water is only available from 5am till 8am, but then they stop it before 8pm cos the hot water is not hot enough at the end.
Will never recommend this hotel toanyome anymore. Bad experience.

This is the one of the worst hotel..... Horrible experience.... Tiny cockroaches, leaky taps, stained besheet, flush not working, cupboard not opening properly, Ac not good and in ac rooms windows are broken.... It is well known that this hotel is not at all cleaned and mirrors are too dirty.... At first we got a room with leaky taps and non functioning flush and the fan was also not working and after visiting outside we came inside and we saw that room which is full of tiny cockroaches and we couldn't even sit there and when we asked to clean, they
Cleaned but it was again full of cockroach and we asked to give another room and in that room the ac is not functioning properly.......

Very pathetic hospitality, staff don't even know how to speak with the guest.
There is a person by name Mr. Arul he doesn't even have basic ethics to speak to the guest on phone.
I need a return apology from the management
I suggest not to book this property.
