Had to wait for a while to get check in though the given check in time was already over as the previous guest did not vacate the room on time as informed.

Otherwise the hotel is good, room was very spacious with all the required amenities (work desk and small couch was quite useful). The bathroom size was good too. Restaurant, however failed to impress us. Our breakfast and dinner was included in our package and we felt that meal included guests were being treated differently from the other guests. Neither we could love the food not the service rendered was able to impress us!

So thumbs up for the hotel but improvement needed in restaurant food and service.

We have stayed here multiple times. Rooms are good. Complimentary food was also good. Ms. Kala at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful at the restaurant. The two boys from the house keeping were also very helpful and friendly.
Rooms look a little old. We had an encounter with a cockroach this time. The AC had the water drain on the floor which was then fixed later. One of the ACs in the living area didn’t seem to be working properly. It was almost always muggy. Paints on the walls were coming off at some areas making the room look very old and not maintained.

Kala in the resturant is very friendly.. smiling face...she has taken care the guest requirements very patiently...Calmness. Getting food and drink to the table promptly. Checking on customer needs periodically. Not making customers wait overly long for any one thing.
One of the wonderful women..I have not seen this good attitude in any of the restaurants in recent days..

The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It's definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back
