oh my God!! the experience is so bad here!!!
Cockroaches on bed,
worst room service ever!!
the guy doesn't talk Local language and tries not to understand anything!
the window AC is making huge sound and trips so often!
no heater in of our room!
bed is so flat and with red stains!!
though the oyo told free breakfast. these guys never even bothered to get us food for over 1 hour- even after repeated requests...

Oyo! Never again... Window AC and the Fan was not working and no one was there in the whole apartment to help. Even receptionist (Rafik) was not picking the phone. called up oyo customer care and they too couldn't reach through property manager on phone... I was awake the whole night and recsptionist picked the phone at 6am....the nightmare ended with OLA saying Sorry for the inconvenience... next day I moved to another room with split ac. I was eligible for refund as per the app, I raised a ticket and they denied it... I separate gave all the feedback and the rating in OYO app and they simply ignored it and no response. Now here oyo will come and say write to some email I'd with booking number and etc... I got one thing to say .... "get lost oyo".

Service not proper , the concerned person play pubzy and free fight . Give response to the call after 2-3 calls. Good characteristic -easy to convey msg. "Rafik" is a poor and good guy.
