Hi, While taking delivery they charged me Rs.150/- for unloading the parcel. Is that right to pay? I don't think so. Also my parcel got damaged in rear number plate and rat damaged the wires in front section. It is a brand new bike. Really this is disappointing for me when I received in my hand rather than having a sentiment with happy face because it was gifted by my family.

Worst service yesterday we were waiting almost 3 hrs poor response. No punctuality . Hardly deserves one star for their old name n brand. Pls focus on customer service else ppl will loose trust on your brand too .

During delivery I saw my tail lamp got damaged.They didn't give a proper explanation for damage occurred.If you want your vehicle to be damaged please send your vehicle through KPN
