It's just unbelievable that we could have a such nice and friendly yoga center in Madurai. I have never seen such yoga center even in Chennai. After joing here ,got great relief from severe back pain. We could also get medicinal tips from yoga mam for all the prblms in your body. Nice place to go on....

Our yoga teacher focuses on over all well being of her students .Spending an hour daily at the center helps me to stay active throughout the day. Everyday i look forward to attend the class eagerly and I recommend its a good center for ladies to stay healthy and active. Good work mam, thanks a lot for your effort and commitment.

The best place where you find not only fitness is important being health is also same as important. Umaiyal mam teaches being the example of living a healthy lifestyle. I love being in the centre for one hour in the early morning which keeps me active throughout the day. Learning yoga made me a different person very recently. Thanks to mam for bringing a big change in my routine.
