Taste is delicious and appetizing. Served with great care. Excellent customer service with lots of love. Respectful workers. The manager or may be the owner is a true human. Only one point to be improved is the velocity of the service. All are very kind. It is the first time, I am seeing a hotel with this much hospitality in their restaurant. Humble and practical.

This is the best place to stay if your new to Madurai... and visiting temple. I stayed there for a day over night.. The room was neat and clean and very decent. The staff behavior's are very genuine and polite. Reception was excellent. Appreciate Everyone..

Do not spoil your mood by opting to stay here
Very poor sanitation in washrooms. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The air conditioners belong to 20th century so they never work as intended. Paid full premium for AC rooms and stayed without AC for the whole night.. Worst part is that the management was way too reluctant to address these issues.

Couldn't rate 0, so sticking with 1.
Only reason to stay is parking and the location..
