I am rating this 4 star because of the really good behaviour from the staff. When we looked for a hotel many of the neighbouring ones asked for extra day money for just 2 hours which was really troubling to hear. This was the only hotel that allowed that extra hours and also it has got a very good location and food near the place was nice for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and the temple is really near but the way to temple is really polluted. So I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madurai.

Good experience. But it can be better. The receptionist was good. They have arranged the car at the best price for the local side seeing and then we came to rameswaram with that car only the next day. One day room service was good. But the next day it was not good. The hotel was near Madurai Junction. It was a value for money hotel. Staff behaviour was good except a few . Lifts are available. 24 hours check out from when you check in. They allowed 2 hours more stay without extra money for our case. It was a good experience overall.

We stayed one night (11pm- 11am).1800/_ AC room( AC working condition).The room is good, washroom is ok . Hot water, parking available. Drinking water, towels and also provided kit( 2brush, small paste,soap,powder, shampoo,oil sachets). Lift is available.
Extra charge for an extra bed. No wallet parking. Near the temple a km away 10 min walk. Tiffin centers around the hotel. Near the busstand.
I suggest hotel grand Central
