We stayed at this hotel during the new year's eve and had a great time. The buffet was amazing, delicious and had a good spread. The dance performances and the final fireworks were simply awesome!
The staff is also very courteous and helpful (special thanks to Mr. Totan Varun who provided excellent services during meals).
Overall it's a nice place and I'll stay there again when I visit Madurai next time.

Fortune Pandiyan hotel. Its managed by ITC hotels. At one of few good hotels in Madurai. And for that reason it’s very busy place. Always in high demand from locals itself for marriage bookings. But also preferred by travellers and visitors in Madurai because of amazing place and comparatively resonance tariffs compare to Marriott. I really loved the stay in Pandiyan hotel. Food was good but if you stay for longer time you might get bored with food as preparations are almost repetitive and limited. But hire staffs were very much humble, helpful and cooperative. Even chef and other staff in restaurant were so considerate that they noticed that I’m there for longer time and as would have got bored with food so they asked us personally whether if we want to have something specific. Overall had nice stay at this place.

Very good hotel full AC rooms, good hygiene, great service, advance technology rooms like smart card entry, morning break fast free, dinner 1000 rs per head, lunch 1000 rs per head, food's are good hygiene and tastes good. Good parking place for your own vehicle. Gym & swimming pool available.
